  • Case study of Delhi’s education reforms (taught via case method approach).
  • Questions will be raised around areas where corporates could have intervened.
  • Define policy communications and stakeholder-wise objectives, means and processes.

Role of corporates in public policy and policy communications

  • Map internal and external stakeholders viz public policy and their communication requirements.
  • Assess current frequency, formats, and quality of communication with relevant stakeholders.

From critic to collaborator: Expanding my organisation’s role in public policy and communications

  • Groups will brainstorm areas and activities where their organisation can contribute to the policy cycle. Followed by a discussion on appropriate policy communication formats.
  • Define possible metrics for assessing their organisation’s impact at different policy cycle stages.
